TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Program Commitment

• Clients are committed to a minimum of 12 weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tsamuels_Training.

• Early termination of the program before the completion of the agreed commitment period will not be eligible for refunds.


2. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed on a recurring weekly basis, using the payment method provided at the time of sign-up.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

• In the event of a failed payment, access to the program may be temporarily suspended until the payment is resolved.


3. Cancellation Policy

• A 2-week notice is required for cancellation after the minimum commitment period, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

• Failure to provide the required notice may result in continued billing for the agreed 12 week initial period. 


4. Refunds & Transfers

• No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.

• Program credits and payments are non-transferable to other individuals.


5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to follow their personalised plans and adhere to coaching guidance.

• Honest communication about health conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions is required to ensure program suitability.

• Tsamuels_Training is not responsible for lack of progress if the plan is not followed as prescribed.


6. Health Disclaimer

• Before starting any training or nutrition program, clients should consult with their healthcare provider to confirm they are fit to participate.

• Tsamuels_Training is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse reactions resulting from participation in the program.


7. Program Adjustments

• Tsamuels_Training reserves the right to adjust workout and nutrition plans based on progress, goals, and feedback.

• Program features, including app access and group support, may be modified as needed to improve the client experience.


8. Confidentiality & Data Use

• Personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for program-related purposes.

• Data may be collected for progress tracking and feedback purposes but will never be shared without consent.


9. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided, including workout plans, meal plans, and coaching content, are the intellectual property of Tsamuels_Training and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


10. Agreement

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Tsamuels_Training reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to active clients.
