HOW OUR 8 WEEK FAT LOSS CHALLENGE WORKS
Are you ready to transform your body and build lasting habits? My 8-week fat loss challenge is the perfect way to kickstart your fitness journey or take your current routine to the next level. This challenge is focused on burning fat, not just losing weight, and is designed for anyone who wants to make real, sustainable progress. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for more structure, this challenge is for you—plus, with training and nutrition delivered online, you can join from anywhere!
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Customisable Meal Plan – Flexible meal plan designed to suit your preferences and lifestyle while ensuring you stay on track with personalised calorie targets.
Structured Workouts – 3 x Program options to choose from, targeted to maximise fat loss and build lean muscle for a stronger, more toned physique.
Weekly Check-in – Stay accountable with a short online check in form to complete. I review them all and make adjustments or reach out when needed.
Weekly Challenges – Keep things fun and motivating with challenges to push you further.
Direct messaging - Message me anytime inside the app for questions, guidance, or adjustments when needed. The challenge is designed so you can drive the level of support you need.
Group Chat & Community Support – Stay connected with others on the same journey for extra motivation and inspiration.
Before & After Body Scans – In-person body scans in Hawke’s Bay only. Outside of Hawke’s Bay to organise at own cost.
Classes & Coffee Catch-ups – Optional in-person sessions in Hawke’s Bay -An opportunity to connect with each other and the coaches in person!

📌 To be eligible for the main prize, you must complete before and after body scans and photos.
Regardless of prizes, the focus is on personal progress — improvements in consistency, strength, fat loss and habits.
Challenge vs 1:1 Coaching
The 8-Week Challenge is structured group coaching.
You’ll follow a proven training program, receive clear personalised nutrition targets, complete weekly check-ins, and have direct messaging access for questions or adjustments along the way. Each week, I also share guidance and notes to help you stay focused and progressing.
It’s ideal if you enjoy having structure, clear direction, and the motivation that comes from being part of a group working towards the same goal. The set 8-week timeframe creates momentum and accountability, and it’s a more accessible way to experience my coaching approach.
1:1 Coaching offers a more personalised approach.
Your training and nutrition are tailored specifically to you, with deeper individual strategy, ongoing adjustments, and a higher level of one-to-one support — and a greater level of investment to match.
